The Devil’s Cut pipe, inspired by a whisky barrel, enjoys cult status.
Demand exceeds the limited supply, as the shortage of large briar blocks means we only receive small quantities that sell out quickly. A solution was needed.

In 2024, we therefore introduced this sought-after model for the first time in an olive wood variant. The brushed surface develops an extraordinary patina over time, creating a vibrant texture. But then we had another idea: In the same year, we collaborated with a German manufacturer to develop a heat-resistant insert made of compressed carbon—an innovation that opens up completely new possibilities.

This graphite cone is tasteless and odorless and can be cleaned effortlessly. Building up a carbon layer is no longer necessary. And best of all: The pipe never gets hot. This allows us to use entirely new types of wood. We combined this insert with South American ash wood, whose wave-like grain structure immediately captivated us.

The new Devil’s Cut is available in two variants:

In lightly waxed natural wood, whose structure becomes more pronounced over time through slow color changes.
In an elegant black finish.
