The procedure ist a bit unusual at first, but with a little practice you will be very enthusiastic about the perfect cut - Take the half opened knife in you hand, the tip of the blade has to face up. Now put the cigar in a 90 degree angle in the aperture and press slowly until the blade touches the cigar. Then close the blade in a fast movement.
