The Fleur pipes are made of plateaux briar of the highest quality. Only the outer parts of the briar root, which features the most distinctive grain, is used.
Pipes with natural bark have a wild look, and they can rarely be found nowadays. The shape follows the grain of the wood.
These pipes were very popular in the 60s, reaching a global popularity through the pipe maker legend Preben Holm.
